Both product and process based system design. Our strengths are;

Basic Engineering
Basic engineering is done after know-how development and feasibility studies. The details of the basic engineering are as follows;
- Creating mass and energy balances and preparing process flow diagrams and process diagrams (PFD)
- Piping and Instrumentation diagram creation (P&ID)
- Hydraulic calculations, selection and sizing of pipeline, pump and control valves
- Creating the control logic and choosing the instrument accordingly
- Preparation of equipment layout plans
- Preparation of leaflets showing technical specifications for all process equipment and armatures
- Calculating heat losses and determining the insulation material and thickness accordingly
Detail Engineering
In addition to basic engineering, it consists of details such as;
- Creation of detailed manufacturing drawings of equipment after strength calculations
- Preparation of detailed 3D pictures of the equipment
- Preparation of isometric plans after pipe stress analysis
- Structural analysis of steel construction followed by production drawings
- Preparation of MCC and PLC electrical and automation projects
- Establishing Process and Work Safety Systems
