Distillation Systems
Distillation is used to separate a liquid from non-volatile material dissolved in it or to separate a liquid from a mixture of liquids with different boiling points. The substance with the lowest boiling point rises as the first vapor and begins to decompose due to the different boiling points. Distillation boiler is designed according to the desired product characteristics and process.
The high fluid velocities and the resulting shear forces in the pipes allow this type of heat exchanger to be operated within the optimum performance range while keeping fouling to a minimum. Pump selection affects performance and efficiency.
